How we check listings

How each listing is checked

Every listing comes from a public source: the business or venue's own website, a council page, or the organiser's booking page. We open that source and copy across only what it says: name, address, ages, days and price. We do not estimate prices, ages or opening hours. If the source does not state something, we leave it off the listing rather than guess. Each listing links back to the source we checked so you can confirm it yourself.

Featured spots are editorial picks. They are not paid placements.

What “last verified” means

“Last verified” is the date we last opened the listing's public source and checked that the details on Little Westies still matched it. It is not a guarantee that nothing has changed since. Prices, terms and session times change, so check the source before you go or book.

How often listings are re-checked

The This weekend page is refreshed every week. The current directory listings were checked between 15 October 2026 and 24 October 2026. We do not yet re-check on a fixed schedule. Our goal is to re-check every listing at least every 90 days, and classes and party listings at the start of each school term.

Report an error

If something on a listing is wrong or out of date, email hello@littlewesties.au with the listing name and what needs fixing. Every listing page also has a “Report outdated info” link.
